Historic Oak Hill Inn

Oak Hill Inn is a beautifully restored home in a neighborhood that is quiet yet close to everything in Natchez. The rooms are spacious and although they are furnished with period pieces they are not overly crowded or stuffy. The large yard at Oak Hill Inn is beautifully landscaped with gardens and fountains. Best of all they are known for serving one of the best breakfasts in town!

Stone House Musical B and B

Joseph Stone, the owner of Stone House, is an impeccable host and an amazing musician. The accommodations are in a cottage on the back of the property. You will have your own entrance and parking space. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom in the cottage. It is decorated with antiques and other interesting items.

This is called a musical B and B because at times Mr. Stone provides a classical piano concert with wine. The concert was one of the highlights of our trip.

Choctaw Hall Bed and Breakfast

Choctaw Hall is one of the homes on the Pilgrimage tours. It is grand and beautifully decorated with an unusual swirling oval staircase to the upper floors.

The guest rooms are located on the ground floor each with their own exits to the outside and their own bathrooms. The rooms connect to a living area with access to snacks, teas, and coffee. Breakfast is not provided at the home, but guests are given vouchers for a full breakfast at nearby restaurants.

Devereaux Shields House

The Devereaux Shields house is a lovely Victorian from the 1890s which is well located among various older homes and is within walking distance of the Natchez downtown area and the Mississippi River bluffs.

There are two luxurious suites in the main house as well as additional accommodations in nearby cottages. Aunt Clara’s cottage is even pet friendly!

The Natchez Pearl

The Natchez Pearl is a bright and airy 2 bedroom 2 bath home. You will have the whole place to yourself. It is located next to the famous Stanton Hall in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. The provided snacks, coffee, and bottled water are a nice extra touch!

The Lazy Daisy

The Lazy Daisy is an adorable little pink painted shotgun style cottage. This is not a fancy home and it is not in a fancy neighborhood. But it is within walking distance of downtown Natchez and only a block away from the beautiful parks on the river. It has a fenced back yard and is pet friendly.

Southern-Style Home

This Southern-style home was built in 1925 and is only a short walk along the bluff from downtown Natchez. If you go the other way you aren’t far from the City Cemetery. The house has a large covered front porch, surrounded by landscaped gardens. Inside there are 12 foot ceilings and spacious open plan living areas.

There are two bedrooms featuring a queen bed in one and a queen bed and a day bed in the other. There is even a grand piano for the musically inclined. Such a pretty house.

Main Street Loft

The Main Street Loft is an apartment that was completely renovated in 2019. It is in downtown Natchez situated above cute little boutique. You will have your own entrance from the street with a keypad. Just go up a set of stairs and you are in the sweetest loft. It is so well decorated and bright and cozy. The kitchen is lovely and very functional. This place is so charming!

The River House

It’s all about location! The River House, as the name might imply, is situated on the bluffs above the Mississippi River. From this 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage you can enjoy a beverage while you watch the sunset or just relax and watch the barges go by. It is a short walk along the river front to many of the area attractions.

Hotels in Natchez MS

The Guest House Mansion Historic Inn

The Guest House feels like a cross between a cross between a bed and breakfast and a hotel. It is located right in the heart of town within walking distance of many of the homes that you will want to tour as well as restaurants and shopping. You can relax in one of the wicker chairs on the wrap around porch or in one of the French quarter style courtyards.

Magnolia Bluffs Casino Hotel

The Magnolia Bluffs Casino Hotel is a Best Western Premiere Collection property. It is modern and very close to the Natchez Visitor Center and the Bluffs overlooking the river. There is a full complimentary breakfast and all the other amenities that you would expect. The customer service is very good at this hotel.

Natchez Grand Hotel and Suites

The Natchez Grand Hotel is located on the bluffs above the town and has a great view of the Mississippi River. It was opened in 2008. Breakfast is included.
